It is usual to see noisy babies crying and shouting in public transportation, disrupting all fellow passengers as poor parents struggle to handle them. The image is frequently seen in metros and, occasionally, in flights.
Normally, the frustrated passengers hope that the parents will soothe their baby down, but in a recent viral video, the flight attendant came to the rescue.
An Air India flight attendant can carry a screaming infant around in the touching footage. The infant girl appeared to be at ease in his arms.
On August 6, the baby’s father posted the footage on his Instagram account. “I appreciate the kind act of an Air India employee.” “It was a surprise when my daughter felt comfort laying on the steward’s shoulder, thanks to him,” the guy, Jeevan Venkatesh, wrote, expressing gratitude.

The infant’s father updated his Instagram post roughly a week ago, adding information about the cabin staff member who helped soothe his kid. “I discovered the gentleman in my clip; his name is Neil Malkam.” “Thank you to everyone who helped make this go viral and reach him,” he added.
The post has received over 200K likes, and the comments are full of praise for the flight attendant.
“A heartfelt gesture. “What a wonderful man,” one user commented. “The cabin crew always adds a personal touch. “He deserves it,” said another. “Sweet gesture indeed!” said one commenter.
Jeevan went on to say that there had been several changes in the journey since Tata took over the airline. Air India, India’s first airline, was started in 1932 as Tata Airline Service. It was later nationalized, but the Tata Group won the auction to repurchase it in October 2021.
