The Kitchen Can Be Reached Through A Hidden Staircase

Everybody is aware of Elvis’ intense passion for food. The man loved food. He even created a hidden staircase that allowed him to access the kitchen without going through the main entrance. Given that the cooking at Graceland earned him famously, this was undoubtedly significant to him.
The stairway was not just a secret, but it also had a stunning sparkly chandelier. Graceland is rich and stunning, even in its hidden areas.
The Location Of The Archive Vault Is Top-Secret
There is a huge vault located somewhere inside Graceland. Some of the most precious and personal objects that Elvis previously possessed are kept in this collection, known as the archives vault. These include some of his most famous clothes, checks that the King personally signed, movie posters, and more.
The vault has a strict admission policy. In actuality, nobody else is allowed to enter. The vault’s contents have only been made public through published videos. Even better, it’s still unclear where the estate’s vault is located. Only those who actually need to know are informed. We don’t expect that they will soon make this information public.
Since Elvis’ Passing, His Bedroom Has Remained Unchanged
Since the day of his passing on August 16, 1977, Elvis’ bedroom hasn’t changed at all. Graceland’s entire second floor has been closed off to visitors, and his bedroom’s privacy has been respected as per the request of his daughter Lisa Marie Presley. Since his passing, only his family and employees have been permitted access to the room.
Although estate workers frequently enter Elvis’ bedroom to keep it clean, most furnishings in and around the room remain unchanged. He still has the record he was listening to on the record player. Other traces of his existence still linger there, even if his bed is prepared.
Elvis Was A Pinball Genius
Elvis maintained a pinball machine inside the home, tucked into a corner of the racquetball court he had built. A rigged “Knock Out” pinball machine, this was not your ordinary pinball machine. Elvis frequently performed with the Memphis Mafia as well as his close friends and family. They were unaware, though, that Elvis would never lose.
Elvis had the pinball machine set up such that no matter what happened, the first player always came out on top. And who was the first player every time? That’s correct. Due to the unique setup of the game, Elvis was the all-time champion.
A Buzzer Was Installed In The Dining Room
Elvis had a backup plan in case he didn’t feel like running down those hidden stairs to get food.
He built a buzzer under the dining room table so that, should the need to have one of his favorite fried peanut butter and banana sandwiches strike while he was there, he could just lift his finger, alert the kitchen staff, and have one bring to him.
The Basement Was Home To Elvis’ Aunt
The basement of Graceland was off-limits to the public for around 11 years after his passing. This occurred because someone was still truly residing there. After the death of her husband, Elvis’ Aunt Delta moved in. Long after Elvis left, she continued to stay there.
The basement was not included in the Graceland public tours until after Aunt Delta passed away herself in 1993.
