An Officer Mentors A 6-Year-Old Boy Without Arms Who Wants To Be A Cop

A Duluth police officer says he is fortunate to have a 6-year-old on his side. The friendship between experienced officer Rolf Seiferheld and young Harrison Humphries, who aspires to be a police officer, began a few months ago while the officer was on duty downtown.

The young boy, age 6, inquired, “How long have you worked at the police station?”They support one another. Humphries makes certain Seiferheld maintains the order of his tools. The policeman also sees to it that Harrison puts his shoes on.

Harrison also won’t tolerate anyone approaching his partner secretly.Harrison said, “She’s behind you,” as Kaitlyn Ross of 11Alive placed her camera over Seiferheld’s shoulder.
