Jennifer Flavin and Sylvester Stallone have decided to end their divorce, according to PEOPLE.
According to a source, the couple has reunited. Furthermore, according to the Rocky actor’s agent, “They agreed to meet back up at home, where they chatted and were able to sort out their problems. They are both really pleased.” Page Six on Friday reported this information.
The news of their reunion comes days after a court document from Palm Beach County, Florida, stated that Flavin, 54, and Stallone, 76, had decided “that it is in the best interests of each of them individually, and more crucially collectively as a family, to address any matters attendant to the dissolution of their marriage in a dignified, peaceful and private way out-of-court.”
The couple’s three kids are Scarlet, 20, Sistine, 24, and Sophia, 26. They were married in May 1997.
On August 19, a little over a month prior, Flavin had sent Stallone a petition “for dissolution of marriage and other relief.” She claimed Stallone “acted in the intentional wasting, depletion, and/or dissipation of marital assets which has had a negative economic impact on the marital estate,” but he refuted the claim.
Flavin exclusively revealed to PEOPLE that she has filed for divorce from Sylvester Stallone after 25 years of marriage, saying, “I’m sad to report that after 25 years of marriage I have filed for divorce from my husband Sylvester Stallone. While we will no longer be married, I will always appreciate the more than 30-year relationship that we enjoyed, and I know we are both dedicated to our beautiful girls. I beg for privacy for our family as we amicably go on.”
