The new Fab Four are here; welcome. King Charles and Camilla, The Queen of Consort, as well as Prince William and Kate Middleton, who are now the Prince and Princess of Wales, have all recently been included in a new royal portrait released by Buckingham Palace.
Kate, Will, Camilla, and Charles are shown posing at Buckingham Palace together the evening before Queen Elizabeth’s funeral in the picture uploaded to the royal family’s Instagram account. They are all wearing black mourning attire. The foursome was happy despite the solemn occasion, and each pair even shared a sweet moment of PDA.
PDA by royal standards, I suppose.
Both Kate and Camilla had their arms wrapped behind their husbands’ lower backs, something you probably didn’t see at first. Charles also put his arm behind Camilla, but William’s body language was more formal, and he had his hands clasped together in his lap.

The image’s Instagram caption read, “Their Majesties, The King and The Queen Consort with Their Royal Highnesses The Prince and Princess of Wales.”
William and Kate were both proclaimed the Prince and Princess of Wales immediately after Charles was proclaimed the country’s current monarch, two days after his mother passed away. The couple left for their namesake nation a day after the time of royal mourning was through, with their new titles in place.
Wales, and more especially the northwest island of Anglesey, holds a special place in Will and Kate’s hearts because it was there that they lived as newlyweds and where they welcomed Prince George into their family for the first time while William was serving in the Royal Air Force as a search and rescue helicopter pilot.
