Following the passing of The Queen, a woman who encountered Meghan Markle while out and about in Windsor has denied rumors that she was paid to be there.

Due to the extensive media coverage surrounding the video, Isabelle has returned to TikTok to discuss her encounter with Meghan and to refute suggestions that she knew Amelka beforehand or was set up “by Meghan’s PR team,” according to The Mirror.
